Healthy Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 large yellow bell pepper sliced

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Spray the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker with oil.

  2. Place the bell pepper in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker and crack the egg in the center.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes on EGG mode.
