Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2022

YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

BDMR Holdings Ltd. (“BDMR Holdings Ltd.”) warrants that the products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Your Warranty Benefits

BDMR Holdings Ltd. agrees, at our option during the warranty period, to refund or repair any defect in material or workmanship or furnish an equal product in exchange without charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to ask for photos and/or videos of defective products prior to processing a refund or replacement.

Who is Covered? 

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the warranty. 

Be Aware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers. 

This warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. This warranty does not extend to products purchased from any Amazon Third-party sellers except Yedi Houseware.  BDMR Holdings Ltd.’s warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers that are subject to BDMR Holdings Ltd.’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.

What’s Not Covered? 

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g batteries, filters, cleaning brush, essential oil pads, etc.);

  • If the product has been modified from its original condition;

  • If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;

  • To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance;

  • To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than BDMR Holdings Ltd.;

  • To damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended;

  • To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.

  • Buyer’s Remorse.

  • Please note, all purchases made through TV DEALS are limited to only a 90-day warranty.

  • Please note, all purchases made through Kohls.com are limited to their warranty policy. The limit for returns and/or replacements from Kohls.com is within 30 days from the purchase date.

Claiming Your Limited Warranty Service in 5 Simple Steps:

1.   Make sure your product is within the specified warranty period.

2.   Make sure you have a copy of the invoice and order ID.

3.   Make sure you have your product. DO NOT dispose of your product before contacting us.

4.   Fill out our warranty form below.

5.   Once our Customer Support team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy of the invoice and order ID. 

SHIPPING OF PARTS & APPLIANCES: If a product falls within the warranty period, BDMR Holdings Ltd will cover the cost of the replacement part or appliance. If a warranty complaint is filed after 3 months of purchase, the consumer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping the unit back to us for a refund. Otherwise we will refund the consumer directly. This warranty is made by:
