Honey & Carrot Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded carrot

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup condense milk

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 4-5 almonds, chopped

  • 4-5 pistachios, chopped

  • ¼ cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker, place carrots, milk, condense milk, mozzarella cheese, cardamom powder, and sugar and cover.

  2. Cook for 60 minutes on SLOW COOK mode.

  3. Transfer into a serving dish and top with chopped pistachios and almonds.
