Sweet Pistachio Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup honey
3 egg whites
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped pistachios
1 cup chopped almonds
Directions:
Add butter and flour in a bowl. Mix in the brown sugar, egg whites and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a round baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes in the Yedi Pressure Cooker on PRESSURE COOK mode. When ready, cover the cake with honey and garnish with pistachios. Add almonds to serve and enjoy!
