Ground Flax Seed Beef

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. of ground beef

  • 1 package of sausage

  • 2 tsp. of dried, chopped onion

  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. of dried basil

  • 1 tsp. of dried parsley

  • ½ cup of flax seed meal

  • ½ tsp. of salt

  • 1 tsp. of ground fennel

  • 1 cup of dried slices of tomatoes

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 1 mango, cubed

Directions:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the onion, garlic powder, dried basil, flax seed meal, salt, and ground fennel.

  2. Squeeze the sausage out of any casings and place in the bowl cut in very small pieces.

  3. Place the ground meat in the same bowl and mix the ingredients with hands.

  4. Shape the meat into the form of two loaves.

  5. Heat the Yedi Pressure Cooker using the Sear key and melt a tbsp. of coconut oil.

  6. Transfer the meat loafs into the Yedi Pressure Cooker and press the MEAT key. Close the lid and set the timer for 30 minutes. Serve the meat loaves with mango cubes.
