APPLE CHIPS
Ingredients:
1 apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced horizontally
1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbps. sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
Lay the apple slices on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon, sugar and salt. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the apple slices.
Working in batches, place the apple slices in the fry basket and insert into the air fryer. Cook until the slices are slightly golden brown, 7-8 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
Transfer the chips to a bowl and let cool before serving. Serves 2.
