Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  •   ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 3 scallions, chopped

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar with water, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice, whisk well, add salmon fillets, toss to coat and leave aside in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2.   Transfer salmon fillets to the Yedi Houseware Air fryer’s basket and cook at 360 degrees F for 8 minutes flipping them halfway.
