Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients:
4 ounces lamb meat, minced
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 slice of bread, toasted and crumbled
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
½ tablespoon lemon peel, grated
1 tablespoon oregano, chopped
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, feta, oregano and lemon peel, stir well, shape 10 meatballs and place them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes
