Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces lamb meat, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 1 slice of bread, toasted and crumbled

  •   2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled

  •   ½ tablespoon lemon peel, grated

  • 1 tablespoon oregano, chopped

     

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, feta, oregano and lemon peel, stir well, shape 10 meatballs and place them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer. 

  2. Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes
