Zucchini Chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 zucchinis, thinly sliced

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix oil with vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk well. 

  2. Add zucchini slices, toss to coat well, introduce in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 200 degrees F for 30 minutes. 

  3. Shake and then cook at 200 degrees F for another 30 minutes.
