Elvis Oats

Ingredients:

 ●      2 crisp-fried streaky bacon

●      1 tsp. maple syrup

●      ½ medium ripe banana per person

●      ¼ tsp. peanut butter

●      ¼ tsp. store-bought roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

●      Oatmeal

●      5 cups water

●      1 cup milk

●      1½ cups steel cut oats

●      1 tsp. butter

●      ⅛ tsp. sea salt

 Directions:

1.    Except for garnishes and milk, pour oatmeal ingredients into the Yedi Pressure Cooker.

2.    Press: SLOW COOKER and LOW. Set the timer to 8 hours. Secure lid.

3.    After the cooking cycle, stir in milk using long strokes to incorporate air into oats. This fluffs up oats and prevents these from becoming dense.

4.    Pour oatmeal into bowls. Garnish with bacon, bananas and peanuts. Add a dollop of peanut butter and drizzle in more maple syrup. Serve.
