Hot and Spicy Beef Gravy
Ingredients:
½ lb. meat, cut into small pieces, boneless
1 cup tomato puree
1 onion, chopped
¼ garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Heat oil in the Yedi HousewarePressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode, fry garlic and onion for a minute.
Add the tomato puree, salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder and fry again for 4-5 minutes.
Add in the boiled meat and stir fry well on MEAT mode for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle cumin powder and cinnamon powder and mix well.
