Hot and Spicy Beef Gravy

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. meat, cut into small pieces, boneless

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • ¼ garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in the Yedi HousewarePressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode, fry garlic and onion for a minute.

  2. Add the tomato puree, salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder and fry again for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add in the boiled meat and stir fry well on MEAT mode for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle cumin powder and cinnamon powder and mix well.
