Okra Beef

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. mutton, boiled

  • 1 cup okra

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on Saute mode and fry the okra until crispy; then set aside.

  2. In the same pot, fry onion for 1 minute. Add in the tomatoes, chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry.

  3. Now add the mutton and stir fry for 10 minutes on MEAT mode.

  4. Then add the okra and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish.
