SAGE & ONION STUFFING BALLS
Ingredients:
100g Sausage Meat
1⁄2 Small Onion peeled and diced
1⁄2 tsp. Garlic Puree
1 tsp. Sage
3 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Place your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Form into medium sized balls and place them in the Air Fryer
Cook at 360oF for 15 minutes and then serve. (serve over pasta if desired).
