ROASTED CORN

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh ears of corn

  • 2-3 tsp. vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Remove husks from corn, wash and pat dry. You may need to cut the corn to fit in your basket. If you need to do so, cut the corn.

    2. Drizzle vegetable oil over the corn.

    3. Try to cover the corn well with the vegetable oil.

    4. Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
