CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
3 eggs • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup sour cream • 1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour • 1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup sugar • 2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter room temperature
Directions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 320°F.
2. Mix ingredients on low.
3. Pour into cake carrel.
4. Place in Air fryer basket and slide into Airfryer.
5. Set timer to 25 minutes.
6. Once timer rings, insert use toothpick to see if cake is done. If it does not spring back when touched, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Cool cake on a wire rack
8. Ice with your favorite chocolate frosting
