Ham Egg Rolls

Ingredients

·      6 egg roll wrappers

·      6 slices provolone 

·      6 slices deli ham 

·      18 slices pepperoni 

·      1 cup shredded mozzarella 

·      Vegetable oil, for frying on stovetop

·      1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 

Directions

1.    Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape place a slice of provolone in the center. 

2.    Top with one slice of ham, 3 slices of pepperoni, and a large pinch of mozzarella. 

3.    Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll and then seal fold with a couple drops of water.

4.    Working in batches, air-fry the rolls at 390F for about 12 minutes until golden. Flip halfway through. 

5.    Serve and enjoy.
