Garlic Turkey Breasts

Ingredients

·      2 lb. turkey breast

·      Salt

·      Pepper

·      4 tbsp. melted butter

·      3 cloves garlic, minced

·      1 tsp. of chopped thyme

·      1 tsp. of chopped rosemary

Directions

1.    Season the turkey breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. 

2.    In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. 

3.    Brush the turkey breasts with the butter mix.

4.    Place in the air fryer basket.

5.     With the skin side up, air-fry at 375F for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160F.

6.    Remember to flip the turkey halfway through the cooking.

7.    Take out of the air fryer and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing

8.    Enjoy your Garlic Turkey Breasts.
