Bacon Egg Muffins

Ingredients

·      6 eggs

·      4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled. 

·      2 tbsp of chopped parsley

·      ¼ tsp of brown mustard

·      ¼ cup of heavy cream

·      1 green chopped onion

·      2 oz of shredded cheddar cheese

·      Salt

·      Pepper

Directions

1.    Pour the eggs with the mustard, heavy cream, salt and pepper into a bowl and whisk them to distribute everything evenly. 

2.    Evenly divide the cheddar cheese, onions, parsley and bacon into 6 silicon muffin molds.

3.    Pour the egg mixture into the muffin molds.

4.    Place the silicon molds in the frying basket.

5.    Set your temperature to 330F and the timer to 18 minutes. Start your Air Fryer. 

6.    Once the time is up you’re ready to enjoy your delicious Bacon Egg Muffins.
