Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. powdered ginger
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Set the Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 145 degrees (F) and preheat the bath (water in the cooking pot).
Place chicken and other ingredients in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag.
Immerse the bag in the bath. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove chicken, reserving liquids, from bag and pat dry.
Simmer cooking liquids in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
Drizzle over chicken and serve.
