Tuna
Ingredients:
2 10-oz. tuna steaks
Salt and pepper
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Ground black pepper
Directions:
Set your Yedi Houseware immersion circulator to 105 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish, thyme and oil in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Remove fish from bag, pat dry, and season with ground black pepper. Sear in a hot skillet, 30 seconds per side.
