Lobster
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, shelled
2 sprigs fresh tarragon
6 Tbsp. butter
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide Immersion Circulator to 135 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Place lobster, tarragon, butter and salt in a vacuum bag.
Seal the bag.
Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for 1 hour.
Remove lobster from bag and serve with melted butter.
