Directions:
Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 145 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Place bacon in a vacuum bag and seal the bag.
Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for 24-36 hours.
Sear individual bacon slices in a medium-hot skillet until crispy
