Caramel Apple Cakes

Ingredients

●      7 thin slices of angel-food cake

●      24 small caramel candies, unwrapped

●      1 cup of peanut butter

●      2 large apples, peeled, cored, each sliced into 8 equal-sized wedges.

●      Apple stew

●      ½ tsp. cinnamon powder

●      Coconut butter for greasing

Directions

1.    Grease the insides of the Yedi Pressure Cooker with coconut butter.

2.    Layer apples at the bottom of the Pressure Cooker. Sprinkle candies on top.

3.    In a small bowl, combine apple juice, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Pour this over candies.

4.    Place dollops of peanut butter on top of candies. Do not stir the contents of the Yedi Pressure Cooker.

5.    Press: SLOW COOKER and LOW. Set the timer to 5 hours. Secure lid.

6.    After the cooking cycle, turn off heat immediately.

7.    Scoop a small amount of pudding into bowls or on top of cake slices or scoops of ice cream. Serve immediately.
