Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon ginger paste

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker, add onion and garlic cloves, sauté for 1 minute on SAUTÉ mode.

  2. Add the mushrooms with ginger paste and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper and mix well.

  4. Cook on SOUP for 25 minutes.
