Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:
Heat oil in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker, add onion and garlic cloves, sauté for 1 minute on SAUTÉ mode.
Add the mushrooms with ginger paste and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Cook on SOUP for 25 minutes.
