Applesause
Ingredients:
8 apples, cored and chopped
2 drops cinnamon oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Put apples into the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker, add the water, cover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker and cook on the “Beans/Chili” setting for 8 minutes.
Release the pressure, uncover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker, add the oil and cinnamon and puree using an immersion blender. Serve chilled.
