Applesause

Ingredients:

  • 8 apples, cored and chopped

  • 2 drops cinnamon oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Put apples into the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker, add the water, cover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker and cook on the “Beans/Chili” setting for 8 minutes.

  2. Release the pressure, uncover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker, add the oil and cinnamon and puree using an immersion blender. Serve chilled.
