Sesame Chicken
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg whites
1 lb. chicken, sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
2 tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. of sesame seeds
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and egg whites in a bowl.
Add the mixture into the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker.
Mix in the chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes on POULTRY mode.
sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
