Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 white fish fillets

  • 1 cup olives, pitted and chopped

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes, cut into halves

  • Thyme, dried

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Put the water into the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker.

  2. Put the fish fillets in the steamer basket of the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker.

  3. Add the tomatoes and olives on top. Add the garlic, thyme, oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker and cook on Egg mode for 10 minutes.

  5. Release the pressure, uncover the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker, divide fish, olives, and tomatoes mix among plates, and serve.
