Pork Chops Gravy

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. pork chops

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 1 green chili

Directions:

  1. Heat oil on SAUTÉ mode and fry onion for 1 minute.

  2. Add in the tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder and fry.

  3. Now add the pork chops and brown them for 5-10 minutes on high heat.

  4. Add the chicken broth on and cook on PRESSURE COOK mode for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle cumin powder and cinnamon powder, toss well.

  6. Place to a serving dish and enjoy.
