Pork Chops Gravy
Ingredients:
½ lb. pork chops
1 onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 green chili
Directions:
Heat oil on SAUTÉ mode and fry onion for 1 minute.
Add in the tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder and fry.
Now add the pork chops and brown them for 5-10 minutes on high heat.
Add the chicken broth on and cook on PRESSURE COOK mode for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle cumin powder and cinnamon powder, toss well.
Place to a serving dish and enjoy.
