Bell Pepper & Beef

Ingredients:

  • 4 yellow and red bell peppers, halved, seeds

  • ½ lb. beef, boiled

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

     

Directions:

  1. In the Pressure cooker, add all ingredients and toss well.

  2. Cook on low heat for 2 hours on SLOW COOK mode.
