Bell Pepper & Beef
Ingredients:
4 yellow and red bell peppers, halved, seeds
½ lb. beef, boiled
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
In the Pressure cooker, add all ingredients and toss well.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours on SLOW COOK mode.
