TURKEY

Ingredients:

  • 8lb turkey breast, bone in

  • 2 tbsp. Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

    Directions:

    1. Season the turkey and rub with olive oil.

    2. Place the turkey breast side down in the Fry Basket.

    3. Adjust cooking time to 20 minutes at 360°F.

    4. When timer is done, carefully turn the breast over.

    5. Test the turkey with a thermometer for proper doneness (165°F).

    6. Let is rest 20 minutes before serving.
