KETO AIR FRIED CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
1 pound (453.59 g) Ground Chicken
2 Chopped Green Scallions, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup (8g) Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1⁄4 cup (23.25g) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Kosher Salt, to taste
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together gently. It makes a wet and sticky mixture.
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Using a small scoop or a teaspoon, drop rounds of the mixture onto the foil-lined cookie sheet.
Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 150-165°F.
Brown at 400°F for 2-3 minutes.
