FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients:

  • 2 Russet Potatoes

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp. Sea Salt

  • 1⁄2 tsp. Black Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Blanch the potatoes in water until tender.

    2. Let cool. Cut into fries.

    3. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper.

    4. Place the potatoes into the Fry Basket and then into the Air Fryer.

    5. Adjust cooking time to 18 minutes at 400°F.

    6. Halfway through cooking, shake the fries.
