BANANA CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pcs of Raw Banana

  • 1 tsp. of Salt

  • 1⁄2 tsp. of Turmeric powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp. Chaat masala

  • 1 tsp. of oil

  • Honey as desired

    Directions:

    1. Peel the bananas and keep aside.

    2. Prepare a mixture of water, turmeric powder and salt. Cut slices of banana in this mixture. It will prevent the bananas to turn black and also will give nice yellow color.

    3. Keep bananas soaked in this mixture for 5-10 minutes.

    4. Drain the water and dry the chips.

    5. Apply little oil on chips to avoid sticking of banana chips in Air Fryer.

    6. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F degrees for 5 minutes.

    7. Air fry the chips for about 15 minutes at 350°F.

    8. Add salt, honey and chaat masala.
