Thai Thighs

Ingredients

·      1/3 cup of peanut butter

·      ½ cup hot water

·      1 tsp of minced ginger

·      1 tbsp lime juice

·      1 minced garlic clove

·      2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

·      1 tbsp soy sauce

·      1 tbsp of hot sauce of your choosing

·      ½ tsp salt

·      1lb of chicken thighs

  

Directions

1.    Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until properly blended. 

2.    Add the chicken thighs into the bowl. Seal and allow it to marinade overnight.

3.    Lightly grease the air-frying basket. 

4.    Place the chicken thighs on the air-frying basket and air fry at 400F for 15 minutes

5.    Halfway through you’re cooking make sure to carefully take out the basket and flip the chicken thighs using a pair of tongs.

6.    Put the Air Fryer Lid basket back on and resume cooking. 

7.    Once the time is up you’re ready to enjoy Thai Thighs.
