Crab Cakes

Ingredients

·      3/4 lb crab cake 

·      2 eggs

·      2 cups of panko (you may replace with bread crumbs)

·      1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

·      1 tsp of Dijon mustard

·      1 chopped onion

·      2 tsp of mayonnaise

·      Salt

·      Pepper

·      ½ cup of parsley

Directions

1.    Add the meat with all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until they’re fully blended. 

2.    Cover and let it sit in for 2 hours.

3.    Make 4 to 6 patties from the crabmeat mix. 

4.    Place the patties on the air-frying basket.

5.    Set the temperature to 350F and the timer to 15 minutes. Start your air fryer. 

6.    Halfway through your cooking make sure to carefully pull out the basket and flip the patties using the tongs.

7.    Put the basket back on and resume your cooking. 

8.    Once the time is up you’re ready to enjoy your delicious Crab Cakes.
