Chicken Nuggets 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 cup of buttermilk

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders, cut into nugget size

  • 2 cups of panko bread crumbs

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 serving cooking spray

Directions

1.    On a large bowl, mix the buttermilk with the chicken. 

2.    Beat the eggs on a separate bowl.

3.    On a third bowl, mix the flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

4.    Dip each chicken nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

5.    Spray the basket with cooking spray. 

6.    Place the nuggets in the fraying basket and air fray at 400F for 10 minutes. 

7.    Halfway through you’re cooking make sure to carefully take out the basket and flip the nuggets using a pair of tongs.

8.    Remove from the basket and enjoy while warm.
