Beef Satay

Ingredients

·      1 lb sliced flank steak.

·      1 tbsp sugar

·      1 tbsp of minced garlic

·      1 tbsp of minced ginger

·      1 tbsp of soy sauce

·      ¼ cub of fish sauce

·      ½ tbsp of ground turmeric 

·      2 tbsp of vegetable oil

·      ½ cup of chopped cilantro

·      1 tsp ground coriander

·      1 tsp hot sauce of you choosing. 

Directions

1.    Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until properly blended.

2.    Add the sliced flank steak. Cover it and let it marinade for 3 hours. 

3.    Place the flank steak on the air-frying basket.

4.    Set the temperature to 400F and the timer to 7 minutes. Start your air fryer. 

5.    Halfway through the cooking make sure to carefully take out the basket by its handle and flip the slices of steak using a pair of tongs.

6.    Place the basket back and resume cooking.

7.    Once the time is up you’re ready to enjoy your delicious Beef Satay.
