Banana Bread

Ingredients

·      ¾ cups of white-whole wheat flour.

·      ¼ teaspoon of baking soda

·      1 teaspoon of cinnamon

·      ½ teaspoon of salt

·      2 table spoons of vegetable oil

·      2 medium ripe mashed bananas

·      2 lightly beaten eggs

·      ½ cup granulated sugar

·      1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt

·      1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

·      2 tablespoon of chopped toasted walnuts

·      Vegetable oil

Directions

1.    Cover the bottom round cake pan with parchment paper.

2.    Lightly coat pan with cooking spray.

3.    Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl; set aside.

4.    In separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, yogurt, oil and vanilla. 

5.    Gently stir wet ingredients into the flour mixture until well combined. 

6.    Pour the mix into the pan and sprinkle with walnuts.

7.    Set your air fryer to 310F and the timer to 30 minutes. 

8.    Remove bread from the air fryer and let it cool down for 15 minutes before slicing.

9.    Serve and enjoy out Banana Bread.
