Fruit Pear Treat

Ingredients:

  • 4 puff pastry sheets

  • 14 ounces vanilla custard

  • 2 pears, halved

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

  1. Place puff pastry slices on a working surface, add spoonfuls of vanilla custard in the center of each, top with pear halves and wrap. 

  2. Brush pears with egg, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, place them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer’s basket and cook at 320 degrees F for 15 minutes.
