Hamburgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls

  • 320 g Mixed Mince

  • 2 Medium Potatoes

  • 2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

  • ¼ Small Onion

  • ½ Tsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Tsp Mixed Herbs

  • 1 Tsp Mustard

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into French Fries. Toss them in ½ teaspoon of olive oil and put them to one side.

  2. Peel and thinly dice your onion.

  3. Place the mince, onion and the seasonings into a bowl and mix well.

  4. Make the mixture into hamburger patty shapes and then place them into the Yedi Houseware air fryer to one side.

  5. Place the French Fries to the other side.

  6. Cook at 360f for 15 minutes.

  7. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese to the tops of both burgers and then cook for a further 2 minutes at 320f for the cheese to melt.

  8. Serve inside whole wheat bread buns
