Cherry Risotto

Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ cups Arborio rice

  • 1 and ½ teaspoons cinnamon powder

  •   1/3 cup brown sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

  • 1 cup apple juice

  • 3 cups milk

  •   ½ cup cherries, dried

Directions:

  1. Heat up a pan with the butter over medium heat, add rice, stir and cook for 4-5 minutes.  Add sugar, apples, apple juice, milk, cinnamon and cherries, stir.

  2. Then poor the contents into the cake carrel that came with your Yedi Houseware Air Fryer.

  3. Introduce the cake carrel into your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. 

  4. Divide into bowls and serve.
