Crunchy Hash Browns
Ingredients:
16 ounces hash browns
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 egg, whisked
2 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 cup cheddar, shredded
Directions:
Add the oil on top of the hash browns.
Set the Yedi Houseware air fryer at 350 degrees F and add paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg, toss and cook for 15 minutes.
When done cooking add cheddar and chives, toss, divide among plates and serve.
