Crunchy Hash Browns

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces hash browns

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 2 tablespoon chives, chopped

  • 1 cup cheddar, shredded

Directions:

  1. Add the oil on top of the hash browns. 

  2. Set the Yedi Houseware air fryer at 350 degrees F and add paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg, toss and cook for 15 minutes. 

  3. When done cooking add cheddar and chives, toss, divide among plates and serve.
