Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • ½ cup butter 

  • 1 egg 

  • 4 tablespoons sugar 

  • 2 cups flour 

  • ½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Heat up a pan with the butter over medium heat, stir and cook for 1 minute.

  2. In a bowl, mix egg with vanilla extract and sugar and stir well. 

  3. Add melted butter, flour and half of the chocolate chips and stir everything. 

  4. Transfer this to a pan that fits your Yedi Houseware air fryer, spread the rest of the chocolate chips on top, introduce in the fryer at 330 degrees F and cook for 25 minutes. 

  5. Slice when it’s cold and serve.
